(c) Patrick Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) has announced the appointment of Darin R. Schaeffer, 41, as Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, effective March 26, 2008.

From September 2007 to March 26, 2008, Mr. Schaeffer served as the Company’s Corporate Controller. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Schaeffer was a Corporate Controller for Utilimaster Corporation and served in a variety of roles, including plant controller, for Robert Bosch Corporation from 1996 to 2005.

Mr. Schaeffer is not a party to any transaction requiring disclosure under Item 401(d) or Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
