Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In September 2014, it was discovered that checks payable to United Mid-Coast Charities (UMCC) of Camden, Maine, had been improperly deposited by UMCC’s former President to an account at the Bank. UMCC and the Bank cooperated with and assisted each other in a mutual effort to address the situation and, in February 2015, reached a settlement agreement which releases the Bank and the Company from any and all claims with regard to this situation. The agreement has no material impact on the Company’s financial condition or results of operations.
