Basis of Accounting [Text Block]	Note 2. Basis of Presentation The accompanying Financial Statements give effect to all adjustments necessary to present fairly the financial position and results of operations and cash flows of the Company. In January 2019 the Company dissolved all of its pre-merger subsidiaries which were inactive. In May 2019 the Company formed various subsidiaries which are inactive except for the execution of the Merger Agreements referenced above.
