Basis of Presentation The accompanying Financial Statements give effect to all adjustments necessary to present fairly the financial position and results of operations and cash flows of the Company. In January 2019 the Company dissolved all of its subsidiaries and is no longer presenting consolidated financial statements. All subsidiaries were inactive.
