Principles of Consolidation and Basis of Presentation

The c

onsolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. All significant intercompany account balances have been eliminated in consolidation. The accompanying Financial Statements give effect to all adjustments necessary to present fairly the financial position and results of operations and cash flows of the Company and its subsidiaries.
