Note 7. Earnings (loss) per Share

The Company excluded from the diluted earnings per share calculation 103,750 shares issuable upon conversion of shares of convertible preferred stock that were outstanding at March 31, 2016 and 2015, as their inclusion would be anti-dilutive. In addition, the Company excluded 5,000 stock options as of March 31, 2016 and 2015 as their inclusion would be anti-dilutive.
