Basis of Presentation	Note 2. Basis of Presentation The accompanying consolidated financial statements give effect to all adjustments necessary to present fairly the financial position and results of operations and cash flows of the Company and Wood Energy, its wholly owned subsidiary. All significant intercompany transactions and accounts have been eliminated in consolidation.
