Basis of Presentation	Note 2. Basis of Presentation We have prepared the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) for Form 10-Q and Regulation S-X. In the opinion of management, these condensed consolidated financial statements give effect to all normal recurring adjustments necessary to present fairly the financial position and results of operations and cash flows of the Company and Wood Energy, its wholly owned subsidiary, for the periods presented. All significant intercompany transactions and accounts have been eliminated in consolidation. Certain reclassifications have been made to the 2010 financial statements to conform to the classifications used in 2011. Although we believe that the disclosures included in our condensed consolidated financial statements are adequate to make the information presented not misleading, certain information and footnote disclosures normally included in consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles have been omitted. Accordingly, the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the Company’s latest annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The results of operations for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2011 are not necessarily indicative of the results to be expected for the full 2011 year.
