Delisting from marketplace description		Further, on January 31, 2025, OTC Markets Inc. informed the Company that it no longer met the Standards for Continued Qualification for the OTCQX U.S. tier as a result of the bid price for our common stock being below $0.10 for more than 30 consecutive calendar days. The Company has a cure period of 90 calendar days, or until May 1, 2025, to regain compliance, during which the bid price must be at least $0.10 for 10 consecutive trading days. Furthermore, on February 5, 2025, OTC Markets Inc. informed the Company that it no longer met the Standards for Continued Qualification for the OTCQX U.S. tier as a result of its market capitalization staying below $5 million for more than 30 consecutive days. The Company has a cure period of 90 calendar days, or until May 5, 2025, to regain compliance, during which its market capitalization must be at least $5 million for 10 consecutive trading days.
