Schedule of Depreciation and Amortization of Real Estate Assets and Liabilities

Depreciation and amortization of real estate assets and liabilities is provided for on a straight-line basis over the estimated useful lives of the assets:

Building	12.5 to 49 years
Improvements	5 to 15 years
Lease intangibles and tenant improvements	1 month to 19 years
Furniture and equipment	3 to 7 years
