SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to May 31, 2021, the Company’s transfer agent issued 3,075,000 shares that were disclosed as common stock to be issued as of May 31, 2021. Subsequent to May 31, 2021, the Company granted 200,000 shares of common stock to EROP for services per the terms of a consulting agreement.
