On December 1, 2010 CNB Corporation mailed to shareholders its quarterly shareholder financial report which discloses the results of operations of the Company for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 and September 30, 2009 and the financial condition of the Company as of September 30, 2010 and September 30, 2009.
