DIVIDENDS

The Company paid cash dividends of

in the

nine

months ended

March 31, 2020

2019,

respectively. Dividends on restricted stock units in the amount of

were accrued as of

March 31, 2020

2019,

respectively. These dividends will be paid upon the vesting of the restricted stock units when shares are issued to the award recipients. In

April 2020,

the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of

$0.05

per share payable

to shareholders of record as of

May 4, 2020

.

The indicated annual cash dividend rate is

per share.
