Cash Dividends Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 9 - CASH DIVIDENDS The Company paid cash dividends of $4,087,000 and $3,606,000 in the nine months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. In April 2012, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a $0.06 per share regular quarterly cash dividend (approximately $1,442,000) payable on May 15, 2012 to shareholders of record May 8, 2012.
