Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On January 31, 2020, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per common share. The dividend was paid on February 28, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2020 and resulted in a cash outlay of $1.6 million.
