Subsequent Event	Subsequent Events On April 26, 2019, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per common share. The dividend will be paid on May 29, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2019 and will result in a cash outlay of approximately $1.6 million.
