Outstanding stock options with exercise prices greater than the average price of the common shares are anti-dilutive and are excluded from the computation of diluted earnings per share. Anti-dilutive shares were immaterial for the three months ended March 31, 2019, and there were no anti-dilutive shares for the three months ended March 31, 2018.
