Note 11. Related Party Transactions

With the completion of the Company's merger with Wheeler, the Company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wheeler. Wheeler performs property management and leasing services for the Company. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, the Company paid Wheeler $0.1 million for these services. The related party amounts due to Wheeler for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022 were $7.4 million, which consists primarily of financing costs, real estate taxes and costs paid on the Company's behalf at the closing of the KeyBank Credit Agreement.
