Business and Organization	Business and Organization Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. is a real estate investment trust ("REIT") that focuses on owning and operating income producing retail properties with a primary focus on grocery-anchored shopping centers primarily in the Northeast. At June 30, 2024, the Company owned a portfolio of 18 properties. Cedar Realty Trust Partnership, L.P. (the "Operating Partnership") is the entity through which the Company conducts substantially all of its business and owns (either directly or through subsidiaries) substantially all of its assets. At June 30, 2024, the Company, which is a subsidiary of WHLR, owned a 100.0% interest in, and was the sole general and limited partner of, the Operating Partnership. As used herein, the "Company" refers to Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. and its subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, including the Operating Partnership, or, where the context so requires, Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. only.
