Legal Matters and Contingencies [Text Block]	NOTE 12: OTHER ISSUES During 2012, the Company filed a claim under the court-approved Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damages Settlement. The claim is subject to review by a claims board as well as a protest period. An amount has not been recorded in the Company’s consolidated financial statements due to the inherent uncertainty in the claims process.
