 – Subsequent Events

Our

first

quarter of

2020

has been impacted by the extended Chinese New Year holiday and the unprecedented change in the global business environment brought on by COVID-

19.

At this time, in our power supply business, we are experiencing a delay in shipping dates to our customers, as our subcontracted manufacturers rebuild to full capacity. Although the Company has experienced few cancellations at this time, the Company is also seeing customers delay orders in both business segments.
