Subsequent Events	Note 16. — Subsequent Events Subsequent to August 31, 2011, the Company received approval from RBC Bank and Community and Southern Bank, to reinstate the Company’s stock purchase program, which previously was restricted under the Credit Agreement executed by the Company on December 23, 2010. Under the Company’s stock repurchase program, an additional 781,955 shares remain authorized to be repurchased by the Company at October 14, 2011.
