Open Tax Years by Major Tax Jurisdiction     The Company files income tax returns in the U.S. and multiple foreign jurisdictions with varying statutes of limitation. In the normal course of business, the Company and its subsidiaries are subject to examination by various taxing authorities. As of July 31, 2011, the Company is subject to U.S. federal and state local income tax examinations for the fiscal tax years ended in 2006 through 2008, and to non-U.S. income tax examinations for the fiscal tax years ended in 2005 through 2009.
