Subsequent Events Subsequent to June 30, 2011 certain government agency investments and U.S. Treasury Bonds held by the company were downgraded from AAA to AA+ by the rating agency Standards and Poor, which has caused increased volatility in financial markets. Management is evaluating these changes but does not believe they will have a material impact on the Company.
