Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On February 2, 2018, GCI held a special shareholder meeting where its shareholders approved the Transactions with Liberty. On February 28, 2018, we amended our Senior Credit Facility to increase the revolving credit facility from $200.0 million to $300.0 million. Additionally, we increased the maximum secured leverage ratio permitted under the Senior Credit Facility from 3.00:1.00 to 3.50:1.00.
