Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 10 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The president of one of the Company’s subsidiaries is part owner of one of that subsidiary’s vendors. During the three and six-month periods ended June 30, 2013, the Company purchased approximately $274,000 and $502,000, respectively, of product from this vendor. During the three and six-month periods ended June 30, 2012, the Company purchased approximately $271,000 and $470,000, respectively, of product from this vendor. At June 30, 2013 and 2012, the Company owed this vendor $138,000 and $68,000, respectively.
