Business Concentration	Note 12 - Business Concentration During the three months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012, we sold our products to 15 and 9 different customers, respectively and with sales of our ECOTRAX rail ties to one customer representing approximately 24% and 76%, respectively of our total revenue. Our purchases of raw materials and contract manufacturing services and products, was concentrated in approximately twenty vendors, during the three months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
