(b) Analytical Surveys, Inc. (the "Company") announced the departure of Mr. Louis Dorfman, Executive Vice President of the Company, and Mr. Don Fryhover, Senior Vice President of the Company, effective May 15, 2007. As a result of their departures, the Letter Agreement with Mr. Dorfman will terminate on May 15, 2007. Mr. Dorfman’s Letter Agreement with the Company dated September 29, 2006 was filed as an exhibit to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 4, 2006, and is incorporated herein by reference.
