<p style="font: 10pt/normal times new roman, times, serif; margin: 10px 0px 0px; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;"><font style="font-size: 10pt;">In 2012, the Company implemented restructuring plans resulting in force reductions to streamline the Company’s infrastructure and lower overall operating expenses. In addition, in January, June, and September 2012, the Company and certain officers of the Company mutually agreed to terminate their employment relationships. As a result of these reductions in force, the Company recognized expenses of approximately $0.6 million during the six months ended June 30, 2012. No such charges were incurred during the six months ended June 30, 2013.
