Income Taxes:	4. Income Taxes: Income tax expense reflects effective tax rates of 45.8% and 38.3% for the first quarter of fiscal 2013 and the first quarter of fiscal 2012, respectively. The effective tax rate for the first quarter of fiscal 2013 was impacted unfavorably by losses in foreign jurisdictions for which we were not able to recognize an income tax benefit.
