RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

The Company acquired liquid and solid containment tanks totaling $13.6 million and $38.3 million, during the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012, respectively from Sabre Manufacturing, LLC (“Sabre”), which was controlled by the President of Adler Tanks until August 16, 2013 when Sabre was sold to an unrelated party. Amounts due to Sabre at December 31, 2013 were zero. There were no related party transactions in the year ended December 31, 2014, or amounts owed to related parties at such date.
