RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 3. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company acquired liquid and solid containment tanks totaling $10.3 million and $32.1 million during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012, respectively, compared to $9.2 million and $18.3 million for the same periods in 2011, from Sabre Manufacturing, LLC (“Sabre”), which is controlled by the President of Adler Tank Rentals, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Amounts due to Sabre at September 30, 2012 and 2011 were $1.0 million and $0.4 million, respectively.
