Employee Profit Sharing Bonus Program The Company makes discretionary contributions to the Employee Profit Sharing Bonus Program (a non-qualified plan) based upon ten percent of the first $100,000 of pre-tax net income plus eight percent of pre-tax net income in excess of $100,000. There was no accrual or expense recorded for 2016 or 2015.
