Nature of Operations	Business Organization The Company was incorporated under the laws of the State of Washington on February 10, 1984, primarily to develop, produce, sell and distribute wireless modems that will allow communication between peripherals via radio frequency waves. On November 12, 1984, the Company sold 3,000,000 shares of its unissued common stock to the public at an offering price of $.30 per share, as arbitrarily determined by the underwriter. Effective September 13, 2007, the Company announced their establishment of a “doing business as” or dba structure, based on the Company’s registered trade name of ESTeem® Wireless Modems.
