Note 6 - Commitments and Contingencies	NOTE 6 - COMMITMENTS and CONTINGENCIES In 2009, the Company entered into a licensing agreement with Wi-LAN, Inc. (a Canadian Company), to pay royalties for certain licensing rights and liability releases. Such amounts are not considered significant by the Company.
