Delivery Costs

For the three months ended July 31, 2026 and 2025, shipping and classroom delivery costs of approximately $9.7 million and $10.0 million, respectively, were included in selling, general and administrative expenses in the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated statements of income.

For the six months ended July 31, 2026 and 2025, shipping and classroom delivery costs of approximately $13.2 million and $13.4 million, respectively, were included in selling, general and administrative expenses in the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated statements of income.
