Stockholders’ Equity	Stockholders’ Equity The Company’s Credit Agreement with PNC restricts the Company from issuing dividends or making payments with respect to the Company's capital stock to an annual limit of $2 million. Such dividends payments are also subject to compliance with financial and other covenants provided in the Credit Agreement. In March 2018, the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share, payable April 10, 2018 to shareholders of record as of March 23, 2018.
