     GULFPORT,  MS (June 13, 2005) - Earlier today,  officers of Hancock Holding  Company  (NASDAQ:  HBHC),  parent
company of Hancock Bank,  addressed  financial  analysts from across the nation  attending the Morgan Stanley Small
Cap Executive Conference at the Ritz-Carlton Battery Park Hotel in New York, NY.
