Note 8 - Time Deposits

The aggregate amount of time deposits, including deposits in denominations of $100,000 or more, was $225,582,000 and $227,376,000 at December 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively. Time deposits that meet or exceed the FDIC insurance limit of $250,000 at December 31, 2016 and 2015 were $34,446,000 and $34,507,000, respectively.
