Subsequent events	Subsequent events On February 1, 2014, the Company's non-executive chairman, Mr. Gordon Zacks, passed away. The Company is the beneficiary of a life insurance policy that pays a cash benefit of $5,000 to the Company in the event of Mr. Zacks' death. This cash benefit is expected to be paid in the second half of fiscal 2014. In addition, Mr. Zacks was a participant in the Company's Associates' Retirement Plan and Supplemental Retirement Plan. The Company is currently assessing the impact of Mr. Zacks' death on the pension liabilities related to these plans, but expects a reduction in the pension liabilities will be recognized in the third quarter of fiscal 2014.
