Net periodic pension cost recognized for the three and six months ended May 27, 2012 is based upon preliminary estimates pending the final actuarial determination of such costs for fiscal 2012. Similarly, net periodic pension cost for the three and six months ended May 29, 2011 is based upon preliminary estimates.

        The Company expects to make additional cash contributions to the defined benefit pension plans of approximately $1.8 million during the remainder of fiscal 2012.
