Income Tax Disclosure	Income TaxesThe income tax rate for the three months ended April 30, 2023 and 2022, was 23.8% and 21.8%, respectively. The income tax rate for the nine months ended April 30, 2023 and 2022, was 22.5% and 21.1%, respectively. The increase in the tax rate in both the three and nine-month periods was due to the sale of the PremiSys business as well as lapses in the statutes of limitations that did not reoccur in 2023. The Company expects its ongoing annual income tax rate to be approximately 21% based on its current global business mix and based on tax laws and statutory tax rates currently in effect.
