Income Tax Disclosure	Income TaxesThe income tax rate for the three months ended January 31, 2023 and 2022, was 21.7% and 19.6%, respectively. The income tax rate for the six months ended January 31, 2023 and 2022, was 21.7% and 20.6%, respectively. The Company expects its ongoing annual income tax rate to be between 20% and 21% based on its current global business mix and based on tax laws and statutory tax rates currently in effect.
