Income Taxes	Income TaxesThe income tax rate for the three months ended October 31, 2021 and 2020 was 21.6% and 20.3%, respectively. The income tax rate for the three months ended October 31, 2021 was slightly higher than the expected income tax rate primarily due to a reduction in tax benefits from stock-based compensation compared to the three months ended October 31, 2020. The Company expects its ongoing annual income tax rate to be approximately 20% based on its current global business mix.
