Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent EventsOn September 15, 2020, the Company announced an increase in the annual dividend to shareholders of the Company's Class A Common Stock, from $0.87 to $0.88 per share. A quarterly dividend of $0.22 will be paid on October 30, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 9, 2020. This dividend represents an increase of 1.1% and is the 35th consecutive annual increase in dividends.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
