Subsequent Events	NOTE M — Subsequent Events On May 21, 2019, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of the Company’s Class A and Class B Common Stock of $0.2125 per share payable on July 31, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 10, 2019.
