SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 19. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS From January 1, 2025 through March 12, 2025, the Partnership has purchased 84 Depository Receipts. In March 2025, the Partnership approved a quarterly distribution of $12.00 per Unit ($0.40 per Receipt), payable on March 31, 2025. In addition to the quarterly distribution, there will be a special distribution of $96.00 per Class A unit ($3.20 per Receipt) payable on March 31, 2025.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
