NOTE 11. CASH FLOW INFORMATION

During the years ended December 31, 2020, 2019 and 2018, cash paid for interest was approximately $13,307,000, $11,876,000 and $12,243,000 respectively. Cash paid for state income taxes was approximately $100,000, $80,000 and $76,000 during the years ended December 31, 2020, 2019 and 2018 respectively. In 2020, the Partnership was involved in a non-cash financing activity of approximately $2,393,000 in connection with the refinancing of Brookside Apartments. In 2019, the Partnership was involved in a non-cash financing activity of approximately $31,000,000 in connection with the purchase of Mill Street Apartments.
