SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 18—SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On March 1, 2017, the mortgage on the property at Hamilton Bay Apartments, totaling $4,444,918, including both interest and principal, was paid off. The Partnership was required to contribute approximately $2,222,000 to the payment.
