On May 23, 2003, Unizan Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: UNIZ), announced that the company’s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.135 per common share payable on June 30, 2003, to shareholders of record on June 16, 2003. This dividend represents a 3.8% increase over the dividend paid by Unizan Financial Corp. in the second quarter of 2002.
